Guiseley AFC Football Academy

The Football Academy scheme is operated through the Football Conference League and offers students aged 16 - 19 years old the opportunity to train and play football alongside studying for a nationally recognised qualification. In this case it is a Level 3 BTEC award in Sport.

In addition to their studies the Football Academy students but will also undertake 6 - 8 hours of football & fitness training; and participate in league and cup games as Guiseley AFC Football Academy.

Entrance to the Football Academy is by trial & interview only. 

The first set of trial dates took place on Saturday 10th December 2011, at Carr Manor High School.

Additional Invitational & Open Trials:
Wednesday 7th March 2012, 1.30 - 4.00pm at Carr Manor High School

Entry Requirements: 
(including the Football Academy)
4 A*- C GCSEs or equivalents & an excellent attendance record
